Just got back from practice (renshu), and it went pretty good, but a little strange. We are working on what we are calling a “re-mix” of a song, except we’re not really re-mixing it, so much as re-writing and re-arranging it. I’m not sure how it will eventually turn out, or even how much of a resemblence it will have to the original version when we are done.

Tommorrow night is a going-away party for Godai, who is leaving Spice to go work in mainland. That kind of sucks, because Godai was always super helpful to us, and I really liked him a lot. I saw his replacement at the after party Monday, but didn’t really met the guy. I hope he’s a good dude, and I hope Godai does well in mainland.

I’m trying to talk the guys into getting him a dutch wife as a going away present.
