Music Picnic is an event we will be playing this coming Monday (because that’s a Japanese holiday, and the start of summer vacation, don’tchaknow). Here’s who is playing:

• All Japan Goith (Skashippe)
• Hoi Festa
• Abiroji
• Duty Free Shopp + Kakumakushaka
• The Do-Nuts
• Plank Puppy
• Heaven’s Hemp
• Magnets

It’s thrown by Spice Records, and all the bands are Spice bands (I think), except for the “special guest band” Soul’d Out. It’s out in Ginowan, at Ginowan Kaihen Koen - it’s that outside ampitheatre deal beside the Ginowan Convention Center on the beach close to Camp Foster.

The doors open at 1, and it starts at 2 p.m. I’m not sure when we are playing, but it will probably be pretty close to reverse order of that list. Tickets are in advance only at Y4,200, and are available from Family Mart (and other places). I might have a set or two of tickets if someone wants to drop me an email (jason[at]thiswebsite).

This is probably going to be a pretty big event, so I hope some people will come out and have a good time!
