FASCO-CS is a cool site with several Flash games in both English and Japanese. I like the “escape-a-room” puzzles, although I did have to Google for a walkthrough at one point (I won’t say which point, though!).

The little Ninja game is OK, but I haven’t played through all the levels yet.
